Pitching Session Timetable


Please see attached pitching agenda for Wendesday 17th April. The pitching session will take place @ 13:00 at Presentation Stage Hall 4 and moderated by Juan Francisco Reyes, CDTI  


Oral presentations/ Pitching session

Participants looking for partners for Horizon Europe calls will have a unique opportunity to present their organizations and ideas for project proposals in front of the audience in the form of a brief oral presentation (4 minutes max. and only one presentation per entity or proposal idea).

For the presentation during the oral session please use the recommendations included in this TEMPLATE

Please note that:

  • Due to time constraints, the selection criteria will follow the next order or preference:

  • Entity profiles linked to specific topics (first come first served basis)

  • Presentation order during the event will be in accordance to the date of reception of the final version of PowerPoint presentation and not the date of registration.

In this pitching session, Horizon Europe calls covered include all the topics from the “Safe, Resilient Transport and Smart Mobility services for passengers and goods” area (Destination 6 of Cluster 5). Other relevant transport themed topics can be presented too.

This pitching session is co-organised by GREENET. GREENET is the international network of National Contact Points (NCPs) for Cluster 5 “Climate, Energy and Mobility”, supporting research and innovation activities for the Horizon Europe Framework Programme. The GREENET network consists of 19 partner organisations from different EU Member States and Associated Countries.
